Complaints book

In accordance with Portuguese consumer protection law (Decreto-Lei n.º 156/2005), consumers based in Portugal have the right to access the Electronic Complaints Book.

Online dispute resolution (EU)

Under EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers in the European Union may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes without going to court.

Intellectual property

The Ink Inbox name, branding, and software are owned by the operator. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without prior written permission. All data you submit to the platform — including requests, images, and client information — remains your property. By using the platform, you grant the operator a limited license to use this data for providing the service, improving the software, and complying with legal obligations. The operator will not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Applicable law

This notice and any disputes arising from the use of Ink Inbox are governed by Portuguese law and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Portuguese courts.
