Is there really a free trial?

Yes. All plans come with a 14-day full access trial. Solo artists get Elite-level access. Studios get Unlimited-level access. No credit card required.

How do I activate a plan after the trial?

Plans are activated manually. Reach out via email or Instagram after your trial and we will get you set up. No automated billing surprises.

Can I use Ink Inbox without a public booking form?

Yes. You can disable the public form entirely. Add sessions manually, use the board, run analytics, and track your finances internally. Switch the public form on whenever you are ready.

What is the difference between Solo and Studio plans?

Solo plans are for individual artists managing their own requests and bookings. Studio plans add shared boards, artist assignment, team management, and per-artist financial breakdowns.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Reach out and we will adjust your plan.

Do artists on studio plans need their own accounts?

No. Artists receive a magic link to confirm their sessions. They do not need to create an account or log in.
