Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

By using Ink Inbox, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them — they are intentionally short and written in plain language.

1. What is Ink Inbox?

Ink Inbox is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that helps tattoo artists and studios manage client requests, intake forms, bookings, and related communication. It is operated by an individual based in Portugal — not by a registered company.

2. Who can use it?

Ink Inbox is intended for tattoo professionals and studios. By signing up, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and using the product for legitimate business purposes.

3. Your account

4. Your data and your clients' data

The data you and your clients submit belongs to you. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Ink Inbox (including how you collect and store client data) complies with applicable laws, including GDPR if you operate in the EU.

5. Billing and plans

Billing is currently handled manually. When you upgrade to a paid plan:

Automated billing may be introduced in the future. You will be notified in advance before any changes take effect.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by contacting us at hello@inkinbox.app. Your account and its data will remain accessible until the end of any paid period. After that, access will be downgraded or removed. You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Ink Inbox reliable and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. As an early-stage product, occasional downtime or changes may occur. We will communicate any major issues or maintenance as soon as possible.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice if any significant changes are made. Continued use of Ink Inbox after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of liability

Ink Inbox is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, or resolved through EU online dispute resolution where applicable.
